The club, which plays out of Germany, had two big wins in 2023, picking up victories at Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2023 and Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2023. Each of those wins earned G2 Esports $400,000. The team enters the IEM Sydney 2023 Masters, coming off a 3rd-4th place finish at BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023, which wrapped up on October 8.
