  • Sunday Night Football on NBC kicks off from Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, OH at 8:20pm ET

Joe Burrow passed for 283 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-17 victory over the 49ers in week 8. Riding a three-game winning streak, Cincinnati will now host a rested Buffalo squad coming off a 24-18 triumph against Tampa Bay on Thursday.

The Bengals destroyed the Bills 24-10 in the AFC divisional round last season. Will Buffalo get its revenge? Before we check the odds on Sunday Night Football, here’s where you can find the best Super Bowl betting tips and the top betting sites for NFL football in 2023.

Bengals vs Bills

Joe Burrow is back!

After a calf injury almost derailed their season, Joe Burrow and the Bengals look to be all the way back. Joe Cool was surgical in a 31-17 victory over San Francisco on Sunday, completing 28 of 32 passes for 283 yards and three scores. Star pass rusher Trey Hendrickson registered his eighth sack of the year and Cincinnati’s defense intercepted Brock Purdy twice.

Lou Anarumo’s unit looks ready for its rematch with a Bills team they held to just 10 points in last year’s AFC divisional round win. Josh Allen went 25-for-42 with no touchdowns and a pick while Stefon Diggs was held to 35 scoreless yards.

Bills ready for revenge?

Josh Allen passed for 324 yards and 2 touchdowns in a 24-18 win over Tampa Bay on Thursday Night Football while adding another 41 yards and a TD on the ground. Buffalo finally utilized first-round pick Dalton Kincaid, who caught five passes for 65 yards and a score, and sophomore receiver Khalil Shakir added six receptions for 92 yards.

However, the victory over a bad Buccaneers team could prove to be a mirage. In the previous three weeks, the Bills lost to the Patriots and Jaguars and were taken to the wire by the Giants. Sean McDermott’s club is also missing key pieces on defense after season-ending injuries to cornerback Tre’Davious White and linebacker Matt Milano.

Cincinnati vs Buffalo

Cincinnati is a 2-point home favorite at Paycor Stadium on Sunday night with the over/under set at 48 points. The Bills and Bengals rank No. 4 and No. 24 respectively with 27.8 and 18.7 points per game, but the Bengals have scored 30+ in two of their past three contests with Burrow’s health improving.

Sean McDermott’s defense is limiting opponents to just 17 points per week (No. 3 league-wide) and rank top ten against the pass (204.1 ypg). Meanwhile, the Bengals permit the fourth-most rushing yards (138.6) while allowing opponents to average 20.6 points per week.

Playoff Lenny returns

With Damien Harris hurt and Latavius Murray failing in short yardage, Buffalo signed veteran back Leonard Fournette to its practice squad on Monday. “Playoff Lenny” won a Super Bowl with Tom Brady in 2021 and is coming off a season where he had nearly 1,200 all-purpose yards and 6 TDs. However, the 28-year-old likely won’t be in pads this Sunday as he still has to ramp up before returning to the field.

Best Bet

Zac Taylor’s team has the Bills’ number and Buffalo has been playing some bad football of late. After surviving Burrow’s early season injury, the Bengals need to keep stacking wins to stay afloat in the uber-competitive AFC North.

We’ll take Cincinnati to cover (-2) at home with the UNDER 48 points.
