The Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG) group has made it eight US states in which it has a presence after its sportsbook went live in Colorado.

Sports betting reporter Geoff Zochodne shared an official Fantatics Sportsbook announcement of its Monday launch via X:

The sports merchandizer-cum-betting brand’s drive into Colorado came as a result of a white-label transition of its Fanatics Sportsbook onto PointsBet assets. These were acquired by FBG in June for $225m to power its sports betting engine, despite DraftKings trying to muscle in.

Once dubbed “a one-stop shop for fan entertainment inside a stadium” by an FBG executive, Fanatics’ Colorado launch hands its sportsbook the signage branding rights to the Denver Nuggets’ and Colorado Avalanche’s home stadium, Ball Arena.

The Jacksonville, Florida-based FBG’s rapid sports betting advance is set to continue with the launch of Fanatics Sportsbook in Connecticut in January. Last week, FBG also secured a deal with the Connecticut Lottery Corporation to become its exclusive sports betting provider for both online and retail sports betting.
