Connecticut: Mohegan recognized on Newsweek’s list for America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024
Gaming and hospitality firm Mohegan was recently included in Newsweek‘s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity list for the year 2024. This nomination recognizes companies that incorporate strategic initiatives and a commitment to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
The selection process adopted by Newsweek involved a comprehensive evaluation, based on both employee feedback from Mohegan and a detailed analysis of their diversity and inclusion practices.
The methodology used by the magazine took into account an evaluation process, combining employee feedback with an analysis of the company’s diversity and inclusion practices. Newsweek‘s methodology spans various dimensions of workplace diversity, including evaluating how effectively companies create and maintain an environment that supports and celebrates diversity across ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation and ability. The highest scoring companies are then categorized into 78 industries.
