The first major of the 2024 Rocket League Championship Series, Major 1, will occur between March 28 and March 31, 2024, at K.B. Hallen Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark. The event features the best 16 of the best Rocket League teams from around the world. At this event, $255,000 in prize money and RLCS points are up for grabs.
RLCS 2024 marks the 13th season of the Rocket League Championship Series. Last year, Team Vitality took home the 2022-23 RLCS World Championship, winning $600,000. Team BDS finished in the runner-up spot and took home $400,000.

G2 Stride has a different roster from the team that won the 2022 Winter Major and finished in second place at the 2022 World Championship. Joining Atomic on the team are Daniel and BeastMode, who both came aboard in December 2023, joined G2 from Version1. With its former roster, G2 Stride finished 5th-8th in the 2022-23 Winter Major and placed 5th-8th in the 2022-23 World Championship.
G2 Stride won the first two North American qualifiers for Rocket League Championship 2024 Major 1, and placed second in the third event, losing to Gen.G, who they defeated in the first qualifier.
