The Silverton Casino Lodge will host a two-day hiring event to recruit staff for its upcoming $10 million pool complex, The Swimmin’ Hole.
Expected to debut in the early months of this year, the off-strip casino’s new site will feature poolside dining, sports, movies at the pool, cabanas, fire pits, and more.
The hiring event is scheduled for Monday, January 22, at 10 a.m. and Friday, January 26, at 3 p.m. at The Silverton’s Veil Pavilion. Positions to be filled include roles such as pool attendants, cocktail servers, and bartenders. Applicants for cocktail server and bartender positions are advised that swim attire is preferred but not mandatory.
Interested candidates are encouraged to pre-apply online before attending the event. The Veil Pavilion, where the hiring event will take place, is located at 3333 Blue Diamond Road, near Dean Martin Drive.

The new pool project is part of a larger renovation that also features other improvements, including an all-new casino carpet, slot and video poker upgrades, and refreshes to restaurant menus including the Mermaid Lounge. Last year, the property unveiled a new boutique hotel with 300 luxury rooms.
Earlier this month, sports betting operator Circa Sports opened a temporary sportsbook at the Silverton Casino Lodge, next to Shady Grove Bar and Lounge, with two betting windows and two self-serve kiosks.
A 1,600 square feet permanent sports betting facility is expected to debut in March, located next to Silverton’s parking garage. It will feature three betting windows, three self-serving betting kiosks, odds boards and betting sheet racks, 12 lounge chairs, six four-person tables, four six-person booths, and 22 bar top games.
