The 66th annual Grammy Awards take place on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The Recording Academy named the nominees for this year’s Grammys in November. SZA was the leader in nominations with nine, including consideration for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year. Phoebe Bridgers and Victoria Monet each picked up seven nominations. Following those three artists were Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Brandy Clark John Batiste, and Jack Antonoff, with six nominations each.
Former host of “The Daily Show,” Trevor Noah is back for his fourth consecutive year as host of the award show. Noah is a two-time Grammy nominee.

2024 Album of the Year betting picks
Released in October 2022, Taylor Swift’s “Midnights” was the best-selling album of 2022. The record also finished 2023 as one of the highest-selling albums of the year. Swift, Stevie Wonder, and Frank Sinatra are the only three artists who have won Album of the Year Grammys three times. Swift’s most recent win in this category came in 2021 for “Folklore.”
While Swift is the overwhelming betting favorite in this category, SZA has a shot to pull off an upset with “SOS.” No nominee was at the top of the charts in 2023 longer than “SOS,” which held the top spot for 10 consecutive weeks. If SZA pulls off the betting upset, she will be the first Black woman to win this category as the lead artist since Lauryn Hill 25 won in 199 for “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.”
Another betting underdog to consider is boygenius for “the record.” The all-female trio of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus are a longshot to win, but they present good betting value.

2024 Song of the Year betting picks
Will 2024 be the year when Taylor Swift wins her first Grammy for Song of the Year? Often praised for her songwriting skills, Swift has never won Song of the Year. “Anti-Hero” marks a record seventh-time she has been nominated for this award. She had previously shared the most nominations for Song of the Year with Paul McCartney and Lionel Richie. Swift and Jack Antonoff co-wrote “Anti-Hero.” Antonoff has a win in this category for co-writing We Are Young,” which won in 2013.
Billie Eilish is looking for her second Grammy in this category. She and her brother, Finneas, who is also the co-writer of “What Was I Made For?” also won for “Bad Guy” in 2020. “What Was I Made For?” was written for the film, “Barbie.” The song is also nominated for an Academy Award for “Best Original Song.”

2024 Record of the Year betting picks
Billie Eilish has a shot at making history this year if “What Was I Made For” picks up a win for Record of the Year. Eilish has two wins in this category. She won in 2020 for “Bad Guy” and in 2021 for “Everything I Wanted.” If Eilish wins in 2024, she would join Paul Simon and Bruno Mars as a three-time winner. Eilish would also become the first woman to win “Record of the Year” three times. Eilish faces stiff competition and long betting betting odds in the Record of the Year race.
“Anti-Hero” marks the fifth time Taylor Swift has been nominated for Record of the Year. It is her first nomination in this category since 2016, when she was up for the Grammy for “Blank Space.” Swift has never won Record of the Year. “Anti-Hero” was No. 1 on the Billboard charts for eight weeks.
Miley Cyrus picked up her first nomination for Record of the Year for “Flowers.” The song was a monster hit for Cyrus, sitting at the top of the charts for eight weeks. Kid Harpoon co-produced “Flowers.” Kid Harpoon was a co-producer of last year’s Album of the Year, Harry Styles’ “Harry’s House.”
